Quality From Within

Control Dynamics International pledges to provide our Clients quality, on-time, cost-effective engineering, project management and integration services, designed to consistently satisfy Clients expectations without compromising safety and environmental requirements CDI's projects are typically turnkey in nature where we take full responsibility for the complete system design, engineering, project management, delivery and installation. Our work is guided by ISO 9001:2008 quality processes that impose rigorous steps and procedures to help assure customers' on-time, on-budget project completions.

To cultivate and encourage this quality policy, the organization operates a Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2008 in a safe environment and continually improves it's effectiveness through the review of established quality objectives, procedures and/or instructions for various functions. CDI's senior management shall ensure that their employees understand and comply with this quality management system.

Customer Feedback

Improving customer satisfaction is the keystone to our quality system. Through customer surveys and other data gathering methods, CDI monitors and analyzes all customer feedback both positive and negative. This analysis quantifies specific attributes of satisfaction and provides the measurement of continuous improvement. Through these methods management is able to quickly assess the effectiveness of our processes to deliver projects and products of the highest quality and aligned with your expectations.

Quality Management System

CDI integrates our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) into our every day work processes at no extra costs to our clients. CDI's senior management endorses the QMS in harmony with our primary company objective to maintain satisfied clients by delivering quality, on time and under budget engineering products and services.

After a project is awarded to CDI, the Engineering Manager will designate a project manager and assign a specific project number. The assigned Project Manager will set up the appropriate project binders for record keeping and hold a kickoff meeting with the client. The project team then begins the design process by generating a project design plan. This design plan identifies key project elements required to complete a project. These elements include design reviews, schedules, functional design specifications, and verification/validation plans. The project manager and engineering manager meet regularly to track the progress of each project through the use of a work flow traveler highlighting each step of the ISO Engineering design and development procedures.

CDI Product Assurance Manager

The primary purpose of the Product Assurance Manager is to review and ensure compliance with all ISO procedures. Product Assurance must also play an active role in determining the reliability of all components selected for projects or products. This may include failure analysis and reliability testing at both a component and system level. The Product Assurance Manager bears the primary responsibility for presenting all data to management on the condition of the QMS. This data is periodically presented through graphical, written, and formal presentations to responsible members of management.
